League: SECL "C" Game Schedule & Standings: http://ssl.hammerhead.net/wisconsin/stateleague/DivisionReport.asp?ID=1410 (10/22) The girls hosted Pewaukee and came away with a 3-1 victory. Alyssa Prodehl scored two goals and Elise Rades one. (10/15) The girls went on the road to face Lake Country and scored early and often on a windy field for a 4-0 victory. Mackenzie Leibiger scored two goals and Emily Bagin and Mallie Gammon each scored one goal. (10/8) The girls ent on the road to face the Elm Grove Blues. Sussex scored first on a goal by Mackenzie Leibiger. However, the girls had a case of the "Blues" the rest of the game. They lost the game 3-1. Sussex United White will play Lake Country next Saturday. (10/1) The girls hosted Racine United. Sussex scored first on a goal by Alyssa Prodehl. However, it was all Racine the rest of the way. The girls ended up losing 3-1. (9/18) The girls hosted Lake Country United Academy and lost 3-0, however, they are well prepared for the upcoming Madison tournament. (9/17) The Girls hosted Brookfield White at Templeton Middle School. Defense was the word of of the day. While the wind was blowing, no one was scoring. The game ended in a tie (0-0). (9/10) The team traveled to Sheboygan for their first league game and faced SCU Synergy on a "sun-soaked" field. After falling behind 1-0, Sussex tied the game on a goal by Alyssa Prodehl. Led by the solid goal keeping of Miriah Behr, it was a defensive battle the rest of the way. The game ended in a tie (1-1) but the girls were happy with the way they played. |
