Winter skills basic information

Back by popular demand are the Saturday morning winter skills camps conducted by Melissa Foshager, the clubs Director of Coaching & Player Development.  Sessions will focus on individual ball skills, 1v1 skills, passing, shooting, fitness & agility. On Saturday mornings from January 5th thru March 22th, the SSC will utilize the gym space at Woodside elementary, for January sessions, & Maple Avenue elementary for February & March sessions (U6 thru U8: 9:00am – 9:50am, U8 thru U10: 10:00am – 10:50am, and U11 thru U14: 11:00am – Noon).

The cost to attend is $5 per day or $50 for “full-time” attendees, and all players registering for full-time attendance by Dec. 10th will receive a $15 club voucher that can be used towards any future club event or apparel. Registration form 

Winter skills sponsors

The Sussex Soccer Club is proud to announce that many of the Winter Skills camps will be co-sponsored and present you the opportunity to obtain and discuss valuable information with the sponsors listed below.  The co-sponsors that have committed at this point in time include:

 January 5th: "West Bend Savings" - Employees will be on site to discuss their Full Service Retail Banking opportunities, Homer Children Kids Club accounts, and the convenience of their new Lake Five office.
 
January 12th: "Sussex Travel and Leisure" - Lori Gilbert will be on site to discuss all of your Travel needs!

January 19th: "Edward Jones" - Alison Gilman will be on site to discuss college savings plans, better known as 529's. She'll also be bringing the popular face painting booth for kids that has been a huge hit for several years at Lions Daze and the Sussex Community picnic.
 
January 26th: "Prudential Financial" - Nate McCardell and Kurt Schummer will be onsite to offer complimentary child identification cards containing your child's fingerprints as part of the ID-A-Kid Program. They will also be available to discuss college savings planning.
 
February 23rd: "Lemel Homes" - Jim Birch of Lemel Homes will be on site to answer any new home construction questions you may have. Information on Lemel Homes and how we can help you with the new home building process will also be available.

March 8th: "In Home Carpets & Flooring" - In Home Carpets & Flooring is the flooring store that comes to your door offering savings on carpet, wood, laminate, ceramic, and vinyl products. Christine Ramlow will be on site to answer any questions you might have so please stop by and say hello

March 15th: "Carl's Lawn & Maintenance" - Carl Belli will be on hand to discuss all of your lawn maintenance needs.
